Ok, while it would be awesome for you to lose this degenerative shoulder issue, there is also the fact that it's only a 50% guarantee. Now Q!, you my boy and everything, and I would like nothing better then to know you in good health, but I also don't want you to risk getting surgery for something that might not work. Plus you spending a worthile year to try to re-strengthen your shoulder and you don't even know if the degeneration will continue. My vote on this matter is no, do not get the surgery, as much as I want you to be better, I also don't want you to waste time and money on something that's only 50% wothwhile. From you friend, Joe.
