Yeah, you don't know me but I've been casually following your blog for years now. Kinda embarassing I never commented or introduced myself in all this time. I've had a succession of boring jobs up until this point that leave with me lots of web browsing time :)

I think I followed you over from fanforum back in the Gilmore Girls spoiler days. I've enjoyed reading your posts about fandomy stuff in California.

I'm a Canadian, just settling into first apartment in Toronto....just returned from living in Scotland for a year. I'm 24. Office assistant for a non profit.

Toronto eh? Its a pretty buzzying city. I love it. You should definitely check out some of the poetry slams that go on down there. totally worth checking out!

Hee. It's quite dorky, just like me.

It took 2 minutes. They have a feature that will lock your entire journal now. I never would've done it if they didn't have that option. I'm not patient enough to go through 1900 entries.

I visited your site before for info about the Warner Brothers tours and such and found it to be very helpful. Would you mind adding me so I could review some of the information? I will be in the area again next month and might do a tour even though there is no Gilmore Girls stuff anymore. Thanks so much!

I'm sorry to bother you, and I don't think we have ever talked before, but I'm new around lj, and I recognized you from other forums from Gilmore Girls era.

And it's Gilmore girls bringing me here, I was wondering if maybe you know any communities for gilmore girls fanfictions around here. I tried looking by interest, but I found nothing and I have no problem to say I'm completely dumb when it comes to lj, I'm still so lost with things. I'm also looking for a beta-reader, do you know any communities I can find someone to beta-read L/L fic?

Can you help me?

Welcome to LJ!

I was just looking at my communities and I don't have any fic specific ones added. I'm sure there must be some out there. I have one that's for fic reccomendations ( gg_ficrecs ), which might interest you, and then the virtual season 8 that is going on (ggseason8). The best site for GG fic is probably Black White & Read. They used to have a site just for looking for betas, but I don't know where the link is. And here's a GG fic community that looks like it's still be used frequently: gg_fic, so you could check that out and maybe ask for a beta there (read the rules to see if it's ok).

Thank you a lot! It did help, I knew about Black & White, but I also have no idea of where the beta link is anymore.

I'm checking the ones you told me, thank you for helping, I'm really quite lost around here! ;)
