TF2 would also be a good choice if you don't mind walking away from the 360. 360 version is considerably inferior simply because of the lack of consistent updates.

Left 4 Dead is on my radar, but I've been holding off due to basically my whole house falling down around me in February, and also because of a lack of friends who buy the same games I do.
