Thanks mate! A good friend of mine always used to say there was a race between the people who should be breeding and those who shouldn't...and those who shouldn't are winning! Just trying to do our part.

Although C has informed me that assuming successful completion of this round, I'll be getting snipped in December or so....

Congratulations! Another heir for the throne shall be born!

May your third be a girl-child to help balance out your home.

Fie on that! I have toys, clothing, gear, and experience aplenty for boys. An XX would require a complete retooling, as well as the purchase of more firearms for her teenage years.

Seriously, I'm hoping for another boy. I don't want to raise a girl in today's world, much less the world I see coming. C is kind of wanting a girl, both for diversity and because she laments the fashion options available for small boys...

Awwww....

Hey, stretching what you're used to is good for you. That's how we grow. It's how we reach more of our full potentials. It's how we discover the full range of our humanity.

It's how you give your friends a chance to *snerk* and then laugh heartily later.

And you don't need more firearms. Just more bullets!! That and the ability to take an automatic apart and put it back together again quickly without looking at it. There's nothing more intimidating to a teenage punk than to have an angry father staring straight at him while disassembling and reassembling a gun flawlessly....without looking at his hands at all.

I loved going to the range with my dad! Screw Barbies and Cabbage Patch crap! Give her a little .38 when she's small, a .45 for the tween years and a shotgun rack for sweet sixteen!!! Think of how fun it'll be taking your little girl to get her concealed carry! Way better than some father-daughter dance if you ask me! *SIGH* I miss my daddy :(
