[Today, everyone was dragged out to see just what Bil had concocted this time, and by late afternoon Katara is finally, finally getting in the swing of things. Though she still hasn't gone on many of the rides, she has played games, all sorts, and made a visit to the henna-and-face-painting booth which resulted in a distinctly different yet still vaguely familiar tattoowrapped around her exposed shoulder.

She's fallen a bit behind the group to check on something, and is, in fact, bending down to inspect something sticking out of this particular booth, and not expecting to see Masaomi at all.]
