I've just been going over my finances and shiiiiiit.... well I'm not really that well off at all :-(. Comparing my current earnings to my earnings whilst in a crap job and living at home, technically speaking I was actually slightly better off even though I was earning less

Actually shortly after I posted this I got a memo from work saying they are going to pay 24p for every work related mile I do, also they are backdating it for the last few months of travel so I'm in da zone!
