I would say Orihime for you! Like you, she is talkative and is usually seen as a bright and optimistic person. It's rare to see her angry, and she has her own sense of justice, and is pretty open, caring, forgiving, friendly, easily distracted, a little naive, and your this or that fits her well too!

I would have to agree on Orihime! Like you, she's a very optimistic, energetic, happy, open and caring person, but not without her insecurities, which usually involve people around her, as well. She can very easily dissapointed in herself, as well, each time she can't protect the people she loves. She's also a very dreamy person, thus she gets distracted super easily, haha, and of course she's extremely soft-hearted, she even heals her own enemies at one point. Oh, and Orihime is a little naive and gets embarassed easily, as well, especially when it comes to the matters of heart and stuff. :)
I like the Orihime votes for you! She's the kind of girl who, while at first is quite shy, opens up rather quickly and becomes the bright, optimistic person that you are. She's talkative, friendly, loves to laugh, though I think she's rather sensitive, as well, and she can get down on herself; she would be the kind to hide her feelings behind a smile. She's rather forgiving herself, but when she's determined, she will take a stand and not back down as well. She's a little of an energizer bunny as well, and I see her as optimistic, submissive, trusting, and impulsive. She fits your traits very well, too.
I haven't seen too much of Bleach but from what I DO remember I'm gonna go with Orihime too! Everyone else has already basically said how I feel, but she's a friendly and optimistic person who (I think) is pretty sensitive to others' opinions of her. Like the others said, she tends to be easily distracted and is often disappointed in herself, but she's incredibly loyal and open and full of energy! And I personally think the way she'd react to be randomly hugged is a bit like how she'd react XD
I actually see so much Orihime in you that I'd be surprised if you didn't get stamped as her, though for some variety, I will add I considered Yuzu as well. Your bright, supportive, caring and compassionate nature reminds me a lot of Orihime, you like to make people smile, your friends feel comfortable with you because they know they can be themselves... it's something that fits her. Just like you, she is more of a sensitive character who worries about a lot of things, she is also quite secretive at times, she trust people easily but she does keep a lot of things to herself quite a lot, if you ask me. She is also not the type to get angry but as she gets more development through the series, we can see her growing stronger and starting to fight back whenever she feels strongly about something -- whether it's about her beliefs or just people she believes in. All of your traits fit her well -- she is open, caring, forgiving, loyal.. and i could basically copy paste all of them, besides maybe responsible, we don't get the chance to see
