I understand the importance of this meeting, but I simply cannot make it. I already had plans to be in Kansas that weekend and it's rather important that I make that trip. You know how to get ahold of me (I'm pretty sure) anytime, so if there's anything that needs to be discussed, you know where to find me. I also keep in touch with several of the other staffers so know more or less what's up. I sincerely apologize that I can't make it to this meeting. =/
