It looks like there are a lot of people on the transmasculine spectrum here, and I'm one of them (Hello, I am Angus, it is very nice to meet you). Right now I only have one thing I'd like to exchange, and that's my winter coat. Regarding the STP thing, there's various ways you can make your own if you can't afford to buy one. I know several people who use the baby's medicine spoon method or there's one using a coffee jar lid. There's some suggestions here: http://transguys.com/features/stp

I think any thrift shop (Goodwill, Salvation Army, etc.) would be happy to do an exchange with you if no one on the Internet can. I second the suggestions about an STP.
