Wow, talk about perfect.
I'm a pretty small guy, and have a binder that can be stretched down and tucked into one's pants, and I don't use it anymore. It doesn't have a tag on it, so I don't really know how to give you any size information about that, except that I'm about 5 foot 3 (about 160 cm) and thin, and it could probably work for someone a bit larger, too.
