Can the gender swap be temporary or does it have to be permanent?

Just curious (and won't be offended if the answer is something resembling "duh, no") but is this strictly a turn a female character into a male character or vice versa. Or would you allow a female character already in the story, to instead take the place of a male character.

Or would that be too much of a character swap thing and not fit the criteria you're looking for?

I have been thinking about this before you asked this question actually.

First I was thinking no... but then I thought; it is as much gender swap as it is character swap and of I allow temporary swap, I can allow this as well :-)

YAY! I love the idea of genderswaps but I'm not so good with writing them myself. But I totally have some ideas for character-genderswaps. So thank you for letting this in. XD

This seems a like a lot of fun - but I'm hesitant to make the commitment right now, as I'm neck deep in a multi-chaptered fic right now... I'm likely to only sign up if I can be sure to actually complete a piece worthy of submission...I hope that's alright?

Can the gender be swapped on beforehand (as in character A is canonically male but in this fic they have always been female) or does the swapping have to take place during the fic itself? c:

the character can be swapped beforehand, yes :) Doesn't have to happen in the fic itself
