According to the poll, it seems everyone is excited about having some kind of genderbend challenge. Excellent! This world needs more genderbend fic.

However, it also seems we have a tie for what kind of challenge between prompts and a big bang. So, here's what I'm thinking. With azarsuerte's permission, we can hold a prompt challenge this spring, and ( Read more... )

The prompts are writing for yourself, not for others, right? Then would it be possible for me to just use the prompt to help me with my stargate_summer fic? And I'd post the scene or fic-bit that included the prompt here in the comm.

If that's not okay, that's fine too.

Right. Everyone suggests as many prompts as they want, and I'd list them all in one post. Then you'd claim a prompt you'd want to write.

I suppose that would be fine if you found a prompt that fit.

This sounds like a lot of fun. :)

I am a little worried about the Big Bang though, because you know I'm more than a little ADD when it comes to my writing. I'd gladly play along, but I can't promise results.

However...if there's anything I can do to help with any of it, just yell.

Well, I'm thinking about the BB having two levels of word counts - a 20,000 and a 15,000. I haven't ironed out the details yet, but you'd have the whole summer to write it.
