Vegetarian black pudding? Goodness gracious, I didn't even realize they made such a thing. (Though I've seen veggie haggis, so I suppose I should have figured that there was a veggie version of anything.) What on earth is in it?
PB&marmite? Uh. I have to say I am irredeemably American enough to think that sounds horrifying. I do like marmite, but I don't think of it as a spread one combines with other things. Is it a common thing to do?
I prefer mango lassis, I think, and there's a restaurant near me that makes absolutely lovely blueberry lassis (I would never have thought of it! So tasty.) But the salted one was really very tasty indeed. I am a salt fiend, though.
Well, haggis and black pudding are basically just cheap sausages, and 90% of the cheap sausage experience is bread/filler and spices! Veggie black pudding is all the spices and bulk. http://www.rsireland.co.uk/shop/shop.htm
PB& Marmite is something I've got from The Boy who got it from someone at work, it seems reasonably rare! It really does work though, as the marmite cuts through the cloggy roof-of-the-mouth of the PB. I am a reluctant convert (also: hardcore protein and salt hit!)
I've only ever had mango lassi, but in genuine Mancunian Curry Mile restaurants.
