Have been in a mini top hat making phase. I did most of these for the upcoming craft show but now everyone at work wants one for Halloween. October is going to be a busy month!

I make them out of paper coffee cups, foam board and headbands. Just add feathers, tulle, ribbon and some bling and you have a hat.

It is 10 PM and it is 87 degrees. It was 104 today, this is the 32nd day we have had temps over 100. When will it end????
