The 69er is similar to a drabble, except you only get 69 words for your story. Titles don't count but long ones are frowned on. No summaries or other introductory information allowed (except ratings).

The 369 is an expansion on the 69er. Three 69ers that share a common theme or subject. Each 69er has to stand completely alone, and each has its own ( Read more... )

Wow these were awesome. A short succinct view at all that is Spike and being the Slayer of Slayers. Wonderful job darling.

I took great care in the construction of this 369er,changing Spike's 'voice' as he acquired each 'memento' and built his new persona. The 369er is an exercise I recommend highly for tightening up the writing style.

Great look at Spike during the stages of his unlife; pride in his kills and then grief in the one death he couldn't prevent.

Keep them in mind for using as our first 'Challenge'. They're a discipline I recommend for tightening up the writing style.
