Besides, if she got sent to a hell dimension she’d just start running the place herself, and give it an extreme makeover.

I love that line - and the speculation about what Cordy's heaven would be like. And Xander winding Angel up about his fear of flying is just delicious!

To me Angel having a fear of flying would be obvious; in fact, I'd imagine a person born in his time, if suddenly thrown into the present, would be terrified of just a car trip on a back country road! Granted that he did get some adjustment time, having lived through technological advancement, but I figure he'd probably have avoided getting on a plane as much as possible.

“So, Angel … did you know that the safety record of private jets is much better than that of, say, crop dusters?”
Angel turned, without releasing his death grip on the armrests. “You’d better have something else to talk about, boy.”
“Let’s discuss your death.”
“I said, change the subject.”

Oh, that was awesome.

After awhile, feeling considerable more relaxed, Xander turned to Angel. “Do you smell smoke?”
Angel jerked his head up and sniffed.
“Don’t worry, Dead-boy. These things can fly with just one engine.”

And so's that. Both of them were double-over laughing lines.

I really do love to make people laugh -- I write a weekly humor column for a few of our local newspapers, and I'm told it's sometimes funny. :-)
