Oh this is just adorable! and Arthur at the end... n'aww, honey, no matter how awkward it is, it's important to say!

Just one small britpick, if you don't mind - someone who is British wouldn't say twin beds, they'd say singles. :) Er. Sorry if it's unwelcome? D:

I'm British, I call them twin beds when there's two of them in a room (referring to the pairs rather than the bed size), single if its on its own or talking about the size :P (maybe its a regional thing or I've been infected with an americanism...). However reading back over it, it does seem I missed out the word bed in that sentence, so it does read a bit odd *goes back to do a quick edit*.

Glad you otherwise enjoyed it though - don't worry about the Britpick, those sort of things annoy me too (have been wondering about doing a quick guide to the UK education and particularly Uni system to avoid all the referrences to Eames' 'major' at Uni).

Yeah, see that's what I thought it could have been, but then Arthur's reference to them as twins kind of made me confused. (Not that that's hard to do or anything. :D)

Oh my god, you totally should do that, that's a fantastic idea. I'm Australian and I get people asking me what I majored in at uni all the time and I'm like "Um...? I'm not even entirely sure what that means?"

I think the guide to Britishisms may end up a project after I've finished The Man Who trilogy.

Thanks, I'm glad you're liking it, part 2 is in production and should be completed by New Year (hopefully)

I did have to get that comment in after a recent visit to London and counting more 4x4s per square mile than I see in a week out in the Hampshire countryside where I live.

In some ways it was far too easy to create a hateful stereotypical mother-in-law, far more fun to create a nice, likable, insane family for him...
