ok this sounds really stupid and lame haha, but Cinnamon sugar can be bought from supermarkets? :)

I don't think so? good rule is to use about a tablespoon for half cup granulated sugar. Thats how I like it anyway. Its a bit obnoxious to mix, and you might have to give it a shake each time you use it, but its really good.

Also, have you ever put cinnamon on your applesauce? :)
