Did I ever tell you an easy way to thin out the chocolate? if not, a spoon full of shortening.
OH! There is a recipe that works out like crack for these. I mean really you can't stop eating them... seriously addictive. I tend to use chocolate chips, but if you make chocolate cake truffles and melt half chocolate chips and half butterscotch chips together, it is AMAZING! (I usually save a little butterscotch and melt it for drizzles on top for pretty effects)
