So if they don't cut libraries, what will they cut to make their budgets?

I wish I had more time to research the other proposals, but unfortunatly, this effects me greatly and I've decided to speak up about it. I just don't think this is the answer to the budget issue in our city, though I can't speak for the rest of the state with as much knowledge, Dayton has been doing seemingly ridiculous frivolous construction on the same roads for nearly 10 years now. Roads that lead to areas which were developed and filled with shops and restaurants which are now closing.
I guess I'm just getting depressed by all of the positive things in this city being cut, closed or brushed off as unimportant.
