Man, and I always feel bad marking on insurance forms that I smoke. Fuck a bunch of THAT.
As far as how to get your medical records, if you at least remember which hospitals or medical centers you went to, they should all have medical records departments that can fill in the blanks for you. I'd just sit down with a piece of paper and a pen, and after filling all of the margins with swear words and doodles, make a timeline of "I was in this state this year, I THINK this happened..."
Or just read your entire LJ to get whatever you need. Bahahaha.
You can watch it in HD online and plug it into your tv.
We've done that when our DVR has betrayed us and it worked great! Plus, it was even shorter because they only may you break for those little 30 second commercials.
That's shitty. You need to see my insurance agent. He's pretty reasonable and will work with you. It's worth a shot if you can get a better price and/or less of a hassle!
