it's ooovver the top chocolate. I cut a slice that was four wafers wide... couldn't finish it.

that cake reminds me of when I used to work in a kitchen store and some woman came in looking for "that special tool they use to curl chocolate", I looked at her and handed her a potato peeler... she was not amused.

hahaha I totally used a potato peeler.
The chocolate has to be a certain temperature to actually curl, but I was NOT having the patience for that lol.
