KITTIES. I AM GOING TO GIVE YOU SOME ADVICE.

Get a breakaway collar instead of the regular buckle one. That will work better in the event that Gibson ever gets into some shit and will make sure he won't choke to death.

What kinda food izzat? Since he's still little, if you don't see him eating a whole bunch it might just be too hard, so if you water it down a little bit it'll be easier.

/SOAPBOX MOMENT OVAR.

Ooo what's a breakaway collar? The one he has now is too big lol. But I want him to jingle so I know where he is.

I put a little water in his food. They were giving him purina kitten chow... im going to work him into nutro though because the first ingredient on the purina is a meal and the second is a grain.

Breakaway collars have plastic clasps on them that will release if the cat is ever stuck on something by the neck. A lot of them have bells and everything on them so that won't change. The only thing about them is as the cat gets older it can come off more often (or if he's smart enough to get it off), but it's a small price to pay to know that he's never going to wind up hanging off of something by the neck because he couldn't get the collar off.

I feed Vegas Purina Cat Chow, and it's cheaper than some other brands and gives him everything he needs as far as nutrition goes. Obviously, Kitten Chow is the kitten version. All I would tell you to do is avoid foods that have artifical dyes (colored pieces), since it's not the best for their stomachs and whatnot.

you can get a breakaway collar at most pet stores. the snap on the collar opens if the cat gets stuck on something. alfred has one with a jingle on it, it's "safe cat" brand, i got it at petsmart.

if i were you i would switch him to wet food. i was just reading a book about cat and cat health (yes, i own it) and she talked about how bad dry food is for cats. i would at least recommend that you look it up online for yourself, because there are some definate downsides to dry food.

anyway, he's freakin' adorable!
