If you're in a car accident, lawyer up immediately. This is bullshit, even second hand.

Umm... Lawyering up just because of a fender bender when you don't even know anything yet? Huh?

Yes. Third or fourth call you make.

1) Emergency services, especially if there are injuries.
2) Family and friends, let them know what happened.
3) Your own insurance, strictly informing them there was an incident.
4) A lawyer. 'Cause insurance companies will try to screw you. Without lube. And for this, we pay. A lot.

Standard sizing according to Gellar's Blue Book (fast becoming a standard for labor charges, much like auto repair, a 'labor quote' book), starts at $28 down, $39 up for a standard (less than 3mm) ring. The width categories are <3mm, 3-5mm, and over 5mm (5mm is a standard wedding band). There's an additional charge for each size after the first, taking into account the added metal (gold, platinum) and added trickiness of more sizes. It's mostly about the metal ( ... )

Thanks! I passed it on to him, and I'm really grateful.

Always good to have expert friends you can tap for the important things in life...

I owe you one!
