Hmmm. I read the Clay Shirky article, and there is some most interesting information there. I don't know that I'd call it a "revolution" ... it reminds me a lot of the whole sustaining technology vs. disruptive technology think that Clay Christensen talks about in The Innovator's Dilemma. It's very much a natural process, whereas a revolution tends to be something contrived or forced.

Anyway, thanks for the linky-linky. I enjoyed reading the article, and found good stuff to think about, investigate, and disagree with. :-)
