Computer is sloooooow

Gahh i want a new computer!! My computer has been super slow lately. Maybe I should blame myself for watching netflix online while using photoshop...but i've done that before!!! Hoping I can transfer them over to the new one and then reformat it. I don't have the OS software so I can't do anything about it now
