Hmm, the recipe sounds interesting - especially since I feel the same about oven-baked veggies. Saved for later :)

I recommend young and small green asparagus. Mine was a but... thick and it definitely took longer than 15 minutes to bake it thoroughly. But yeah, it's a lovely Spring recipe :D
