I laughed. And then I decide it's kind of a miracle Laura ever lived to see Atlantis... you'd think somebody would have strangled her long before then :-)

I actually have this inkling that indeed there were numerous occassions when she nearly got strangled by someone. Or stabbed. Or blown up. Sometimes she suspects that the only reason she got transferred to the SGC was that certain people thought that they might get rid of her that way... or that her numerous talents in blowing shit up were being employed somewhere very far away from them ;)

But to be fair, it's also a bloody miracle that Evan made it past his first Academy year. I think it's about time I publish one or two of his Academy stories, mh...
