Haven't had it in years! BUT When I worked at Country Kitchen (god, that was years ago) we used to cut up bananas and put it in the banana pudding. I think Perkins, however, just uses the banana flavoured pudding...

They have bananas lining the bottom and creme on top, right? All the ones I've eaten have been like that.
