A butler cafe is the male version of a maid cafe, so I'd say it's a mixture of waiter and host. In other words, they're expected to serve people food and such, like a regular cafe, but they're also likely to wear a tidy suit and please their customers with refreshing words like "Ojou-sama looks beautiful as usual today". So yes, Kenken's probably going to wear a pretty tux like in your icon. >D
