Yikes, that sounds really rough. o__o I wonder why they do it by lottery...?

Anyway, I'm not going to be seeing Rikkaimyu myself, but this was very informative, and I'm sure it'll be super-helpful for those who are intending to go. ^_^

Because usually they have around 20 seats for every show and the fans who would like to get a toujitsuken are always more than 100.
In the beginning they did "first come, first serve"
But then when during St Rudolph myu last performance(I was there and experienced it on my skin) people queued from the night before, they simply didn't know what to do.
They couldn't let all those people go inside,(there weren't enough seats!) but then they didn't put the notice of the lottery and they couldn't suddenly decide that.
In the end they made all of us go inside (the only musical that was full everywhere, we were standing for all the time)
So, from that time, to prevent people from queueing all the night, they decided to put on the website the "lottery information"
This time there is also a notice added, people who will be seen there queueing too many hours before the actual performance, won't even have the seiriken.

^_^ I hope so^^

Ahh, the loveliness that is Tenimyu tickets. I love how they've basically always guaranteed that no matter how big a fan you are, there is no guaranteed way to see the musical other than being lucky. Even for the presales this time, it was a lottery.
