Well, I haven't seen the DVD for preordering yet..
It's already on Animate but I'm not sure how to order something there, sorry! ^^"

However you can already preorder the CD at YesAsia: LINK

the only place you can really order tenimyu dvd's outside of Japan is from Nippon Export. Animate does not ship outside Japan unfortunately.
