Crazy about bedtime

DUH! Why didn't I think of that. There's a book that my sil read that explains the earlier they go down the better and longer they will sleep. Yay for trying new things! I totally understand where you are coming from. Trying to eliminate some of the stuff they put in our food can drive you mad! At least it has done it to me. I've had to find a happy medium for me & Tony. He isn't as excited about Organic food as I am. But its been getting more readily available in my area & therefore more choices & variety. If I can at LEAST get the main things in our diet to be chemical free I think that is an acceptable improvement. I can't imagine if I had a little one to think about too. I've lost a lot of trust in the commercial foods out there. I was just telling Tony I'm afraid to buy anything just because it says healthy words on the package. I feel like they're all full of shit. "Low Sodium or Sugar" but what do they put in their place? I have actually been surprised how much doing Yoga has helped reinforce my diet choices. I feel like total crap during & after yoga if I don't get the nutrients I need. Oh...I digress! lol Love You!
