My car's not badly damaged--a busted tail-light--but the driver-side door of the truck is not in good shape.

hey, I know it sucks... but you weren't hurt, the other car was unoccupied and you got through one of your 'mandatory universal fuck ups' without damaging anything more substantial than a car. all in all, not too bad.
