Oh, me too. She was a fantastic companion.

And I'm very glad this makes you happy!

Wonderful! And of course River would know better than the Doctor about what someone like Donna is capable of. He does get it wrong, doesn't he? But he'll love having her--and Wilf--back.

AND three prepubescent part-Time Lord kids running about the TARDIS and getting into everything. (I can just hear River whispering, "You are not alone." With a wicked grin on her face.) The Doctor will be dumbfounded and baffled and will love every minute of it.

And I think that eventually Donna and the kids (post-Changeover, to steal a term from another series) and Wilf will eventually go off and have their own adventures. And have a thoroughly glorious time of that, too.

Oh, you have just made my morning! Of course the pieces wouldn't fit together, and Donna isn't the sort of person to just accept that and let them lie. And OMG Donna and River and Wilf! That just makes me inordinately happy!

Of course she isn't! If Ten had thought for two seconds, he'd have realized that Donna, even without a memory, would know that things were out of joint. (AND that he hadn't solved anything, because it was a physical metacrisis as well as a mental one. Consciously forgetting that something is physically malfunctioning doesn't make the malfunction go away.)

And OMG Donna and River and Wilf! That just makes me inordinately happy!I do think that Donna and River will hit it off beautifully; that Wilf will have a deliriously wonderful time and save several planets on his own; that Rory will be a terrific de facto sitter (and end up exploring more of the TARDIS than he knew existed, because wouldn't YOU use infinite spaces to hide from the sitter, if you were a kid?); that Amy will be a kind of mischievous big sister; and the Doctor will be baffled and distracted and will love every minute of it, even though there haven't been these many people in the TARDIS since...ever ( ... )
