Yes! Because subjugating people is exactly what crushes their spirits and prevents them from rising up and reclaiming their full place in the system. Isn't that right people of colour women labour unions nation's founders?
Seriously, Schultz really seems to believe that if LGBTQ kids are treated like, oh, human beings, that will inevitably lead to LGBTQ adults being treated like human beings, and that that will lead to the destruction of the world as we know it.
I honestly don't see why treating LGBTQ people as people, or treating any oppressed minority as people, is such a horrifying prospect to anyone.
So, bullying is okay so long as you bully the right people? That's good to know.
And I love that argument that because anti-bullying laws are not very effective, that makes it okay to completely remove a certain group of people from it. Clearly, that is logical.
Or, maybe, you know, it's not right to bully anybody, whether it be over sexuality or gender or ethnicity or what kind of Jell-O they eat.
Nah, that can't be it. I'd better go find my gay friend Sam and hit him. You know--be ahead of the game.

I notice that both Schultz and Windschitl have kids, too. It makes me wonder how they'd feel if their children were LGBTQ and were therefore being discriminated against and bullied. Or if, in fact, their kids are in that position and they just don't know it.
Oh for f*ck's sake. Can I contact them even if I'm not even from your country? Because God almighty, what happened to the resounding cry of, "Think of the children!!!" They clearly don't give a rat's ass about the children.
