Discover Card is a bitch. I canceled mine ages ago because they were giving me trouble. I hope the mess gets worked out; sorry I don't have any sage advice on the subject. D:

Discover Card thinks I am lying. They say that is just not possible with their program. Personally, I think it IS possible; the guy who made the phone transaction was new and admitted he was inexperienced. It's entirely possible that he put the money in the wrong place, or didn't process it at all.
How frustrating! Can you remember what time you made the call? They should have a record of where your call was directed, even if they don't have the details of the failed transfer.
I don't think they're even going to look. They don't believe me. The people I spoke to stumbled over "the payment you CLAIM you made" several times. They're trying not to say that, but it's what they're thinking.
Oh, that sucks! If they have a good system, they should be able to confirm what happened. If they don't, and it sounds like they don't, that's terrible.
