So today I had a performance progress meeting with my boss - it's where you go over how you're doing on all your goals in the interim between the actual performance reviews that matter.  My boss (and this is my big boss lady that I'm talking about here, not the middle manager boss man) actually makes us do these every quarter, so it feels like they
