Personalized License Plates

One of my favorite things about living in VA is that it's cheap to get persomalized license plates - the result being you see a lot of them around. I've seen at least four plates relating to Harry Potter - LUMOS, HAGRID, and abbreviated versions of Griffindor and Slytherin. On the way to work, I routinely spot a fairly spendy sports car whose
