Niece gingersnapps sent this series of cheery doggie pumpkins to me a couple of days ago and I must share it with you...

Pumpkins are just awesome! REALLY wonderful! And the dogs just made me squee myself silly! LOL! Jack may not like dressing up but he is absolutely adorable!

I love those doggie pumpkins. But state of the art pumpkin carving just blows me away in general. One of the neat things they have at this season at Disneyland is an artist carving character pumpkins and it's just amazing to watch.

Jack is adorable, and very glad he's only getting a bow this year.

Puppy portrait pumpkins - how marvelous! Jack looks so dapper and Faline quite lovely in their Halloween bows.

Poor Jack is such a scruffy thing as he is all pirate, leaping into the underbrush after treasure, or villainous intruders on a pretty constant basis, so we have to get him groomed regularly. His fur is very fine and cottony, and he hates being brushed, so we get professional help for him now and it works out much better. This month Faline went with him, but ordinarily she is so much easier to take care of that we do it ourselves (and by we I mean my niece takes care of her, and Jack, too, when he needs between-grooming maintenance).

The PotC pumpkins are great, aren't they? I need to go get some batteries at Costco for their little light-up gadgets, can't use candles in them.

Dog pumpkin series are the great idea. Heh, the bulldog-like portraits look the best, pumpkins somehow fit to them. ;D Your furry friends are cute, and I admire PotC pumpkins. This one with the Kraken is amazing.
