It's both hypocritical and absurd of me to have my heart leap out of my mouth like a dolphin as the music started (and believe me chasing it around the office bouncing and squishing was a delay in this reply)and Jack appeared lounging negligently (and deliciously)since I have had my serious problems with the scripting of Pirates two and three.
Never mind, there's the rousing theme (conjuring images of tall sails and swordplay on the quarterdeck and JACK being...Jack.) And Jack being...Jack and did I mention delicious? And why isn't it May yet and...

That music, there's just so much attached to it for all of us. Besides just being a really great composition. I'm so very glad you enjoyed this. I put up a better version of the video, btw, the one without the squealing fangirls. He does look good!!
Yes, that one was great just for the better view and clearer hearing of him but I confess to being thrilled at his continued/renewed devoted screaming from the audience in the first one. For the mainstream and even the fans not hardcore such as us, you'd have thought Jack and Pirates would be old news amid the wonders of Avatar, Alice, Iron Man 2, etc, but ha, yes, does quicken the blood does he not? Even for the returning prodigals.

SQUEEEEEEE, coming from Ravin the Mad as well. Just the sound of that music makes me heart go all pitter-patter, and the music, coupled with the delicious Captain Jack Sparrow, nearly made me take a tumble from me chair. I can hardly wait until May 20...lets see, that is 281 days from now..... :-)

I suspect the premier will be out here again, though there's no real guarantee. We'll have to keep out eye out for news on that.
