Yay! My doctor agreed to try the new "peaks & valleys" pain med plan that my mom, a former charge ER nurse, came up with.

Sorry I was gone so long, esp. from LJ compared to FB, but everything was weighing me down so hard I couldn't keep up with what I had to do, much less what I wanted to do.

But I finally feel like I can make it back up to the level I had last year, when desolina & I went to the farmers market every week, and I had other outings besides.

And I have a plan on which doctors to see for the Lyme disease. Progress.
