I make this all the time, though generally I use romaine lettuce and the Naturally Yours brand fat-free sour cream (slightly better for you.) The husband can't tell the different between ground beef and turkey when there's spices - so I tend to use it in just about everything these days.

When I make taco meat (turkey or beef), I always add a drained/rinsed can of black beans and a can of Rotel tomatoes - adds a bit of body to it and helps stretch it for more leftovers!
