My friend who can't eat grains of any sort, has a great cranberry recipe as well, (it is literally 4 ingredients) and a wonderful egg-bread recipe (which having tasted both, they win.) - I'll see if I can't find them for you.
Awesome entry. I'm not on a gluten-free diet, but I've been exploring new options and *love* Shauna's blog, so kudos for giving her a shoutout as well as bringing something very cool to everyone's attention- you CAN go gluten-free for Thanksgiving!
And really- stuffing? Totes unnecessary (delicious, though). ;D
Thanks for sharing! I have a cousin with Celiac's disease who is invited to our Thanksgiving every year. Due to the fact that my family cannot subsist without stuffing, we make two turkeys and basically two of everything else to accommodate other food allergies. No one is bothered by this because HELLO leftover turkey sandwiches! :)

As for stuffing, I love it. Like whoa. If I can get my brother in law's gluten-free stuffing recipe, I'll post it. It was excellent!

Btw, have you ever heard of The Pioneer Woman? I've been following her for a while too, and it makes me want to chuck it all and move to a ranch! :P
