My first ever audio for Area 51 is now online!

Remember way back when I recorded some audio? Well, it is now online!
I cannot bare to listen...

But please feel free to do so yourself if you have the time and wish to be amused.

Bare in mind that I was on a very, very tight timer, nervous as heck, and it was my first time. I did it all in one 'take', also. Missed a few bits out... Still, here it is.

Ian listened, and he said it was good, but he is biast :-p He said the quality isn't the great, though, which is a shame, but it was done over the phone, so that is understandable.
Next time I hope to be using my Digital Dictation Machine, in which case the sound quality will be better, obviously, and I hopefully will not be as nervous.

Well, Comic Expo is seven weeks away this weekend, so I'd look to do the interview with me sometime in the next two weeks, for broadcast hopefully in the month before Bristol. :)

Sorry about the delay. Amazon are being evil - lolz. Apparently it is due for delivery this week. Here is hoping.

Lolz - yes, that was Ian's phone. It makes R2D2 sounds when he gets texts, and he left it at home.

For a first attempt that isn't bad at all. Once you are more used to it and relaxed it will be even better.

I think R2 enhanced the whole thing personally, and as I text Ian quite a bit I may even take some of the credit for his appearance.
