TV commentary:

Galavant- Totally forgot this started last night. I was a little skeptical of the show at first, even though you would think its my kinda thing, medieval fantasy/comedy musical? But I wasn't sold on the few seconds of music I had heard in the commercials. But, having watched the show, the songs sound better in their entirety

I liked it .. but not sure if I'll stick with it.

I think its only a "4 week event", so 8 episodes total. I am enjoying it, but hopefully they don't try to go further, because I think it would just become lame and played out if they did.

Amusingly enough, I was confused why my tv show app kept listing two eps each Sunday, but the guide on the DVR only had it going from 8 to 9. Heh, turns out since I initially saw it off the ABC website, and I totally did not catch that each ep was only half an hour long.
