It was awkward and incredibly frustrating. I couldn't even write what I wished to say, either. It came out as sentences that made little sense as well.

Possibly it was chewing on gears. He snuggles against her, reeking powerfully of chemicals. This is why Metody bathes three to four times a day; his body is constantly shedding the byproducts of the systemic poisoning his city gives any long-term resident.
