I'm rather glad that I don't feel tempted to order the backback. The wallet on the other hand... I mean... Whenever I travel to the UK I have to put the Euros away and fill my wallet with Pounds - it'd be lovely to have a 'UK wallet', right? *desperately tries to find a reason why it's totally acceptable to want a Merlin wallet* #besottedmerlinfan

I think I can justify ordering the backpack by saying to myself that I am getting it for my nephew. :/ that he just leaves it a my house :/.

The wallet on the other hand I will use that whenever I go to a convention.

My problem: I have no kids, nephews, nieces, godchildren, not even kids in the neighbourhood - there's noone I could blame for the backpack! D:
The wallet I could justify as my 'English wallet' though - it's even related to the country. In a way...

I'm so curious how Gwen and Uther're going to look like! Let's hope they'll release pics and pre-order information soon.

I couldn't use the wallet for 'every day' because it doesn't seem to have enough pockets for all the annoying plastic cards you need to carry around with you these days (it took me ages to find my wallet where all the cards fit int and I'm in constant fear that one day I might've to look for a new wallet because the current one falls apart D: ).

But it'd be perfect for serving as my 'UK travel wallet': just Pounds and Pence and my Oyster card! :D

Do we actually need an excuse for doing silly fangirl things? NO! :D It doesn't harm anyone and if it puts a smile on our faces to get a Merlin wallet there can't be anything wrong about it. I've seen far more crazy fan memorabilia! :P

I've nothing pre-ordered yet (not even the dollsaction figures *sobs*) but thanks for letting me know. :)

OMG I want both even though neither the wallet nor the backpack looks like it would actually fulfill what I need out of those items.

They're nicely done, indeed! :D I don't want the backpack (it looks rather small) but I like the wallet and for what I need out of it it'd be absolutely perfect! I really should start to play the lottery...
