Also, why am I not seeing this information when I click the link? It doesn't give me a release date at all, it just asks if I want to be notified when information is available?

My understanding is that It was the industry moguls who decided to have regions. As the USA is region 1, it was probably folk from the USA who devised this! I do agree, though, all should be region 0. Perhaps it was originally a device to limit piracy?

I get why they want them for new movies, but it's pointless in cases like this where a region code can't possibly increase profits and there's nothing risque about The Tempest... although Colin in a skin-tight body suit probably violates the tenants of several religions. I know it gives me sinful thoughts...
