Is there any information as to how recently this interview was filmed?
To me, it looks like it could be recent, as his face definitely looks thinner than it did when he filmed it, yet not as thin as when he was doing Mojo?
*shrugs* I always like hearing Colin's take on the characters that he plays and what draws him to roles.
ETA: I wonder exactly what he was talking about with the "friction" between his character and Quirke's? I do have to wonder if there were scenes filmed that Colin was in that didn't make the final cut?
I'm allowing me to be shallow because the things he says is typically Colin-when-doing-promo; earnestly giving us "the party line" and repeating the things that I suppose he and the director talked through during filming. He does such things very well, there's no denying that, but there's no Bradley James-style moments in there to make my eyes go wide.
